Returns All merchandise must be received by Pokerags.com prior to receiving a credit. The Return process must be started by the customer within 30 days of purchase. Please send an email to
customerservice@pokerags.com to start the exchange process and notify us the explanation of the return. Send merchandise to pokerags.com address, mark return on the receipt with brief explanation.
For damaged or defective merchandise from
Pokerags.com, the total dollar amount of the order will be credited if credit is desired. For exchanges or credits on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit original and new freight charges.
Exchanges
All shipped returns must first been processed through our website. The Exchange process must be started by the customer within 30 days purchase. Please send an email to
customerservice@pokerags.com to request an exchange and start the exchange process.
All exchange merchandise will be processed by Pokerags.com immediately upon receiving exchange email and returned product. Replacement merchandise will be shipped and billed immediately. Pokerags.com will credit the cost of the replacement merchandise once returned goods are received. The new outbound freight charges will be waived on the exchange.
Back Orders on Exchanges
If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available, and we will ask if you want to wait for the item or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order.
